Andreas is Lead Product Engineer at Dynatrace and joined the team in 2019. Before then, he did a PhD at the Johannes Kepler University Linz in the area of electronic design automation. In only three years of PhD studies, he published 30 papers in top-notch international conferences and peer-reviewed journals and published a Springer book in July 2019. For his research, he was awarded with several accolades such as the Award of Excellence, OCG Incentive Award, Austrian State Award and others.
At Dynatrace, his research focuses on cloud-native approaches for continuous delivery and automated operations. Andreas brings this research into practice by being a main contributor of the open-source project Keptn and by leading technical efforts for Cloud Automation (i.e., a fully Keptn compatible product). Furthermore, he is member of the Continuous Delivery Foundation’s special interest groups for Interoperability and Events where he is working on standardizing events for continuous delivery.
